To get 4Kx2K UHD resolution, in addition to our 4K Displayport adapter, you still need to ensure everything below: HDMI v2.0 cable (sold separately) may be required; only HDMI 2.0 port supports 4Kx2K resolution; HDMI 1.4 and The DVI / VGA port does not support 4Kx2K; the HDMI display device/monitor needs to support 4Kx2K; the input device’s graphics card needs to support 4Kx2K resolution.
