3. Return Policy
EximKart allows returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt. Returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted. To return an item, please follow these steps:

6. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order may have already been processed for shipment.
