Return Policy
EximKart allows returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to request a return authorization.
- Pack the Item: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and securely packed for return shipping.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
You have 3 days from the date you receive your return authorization to ship the item back to us.If you have any questions about the return process, feel free to contact our support team.
- Return Request: Contact our customer service at contact@eximkart.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer will bear all costs associated with return shipping.
- Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items, except for damaged or defective items.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Note that it may take additional time for your bank to credit your account, and ommtayal digital private limited is not liable for any bank charges that may occur during the refund process.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping will be covered by EximKart once your return is accepted. We will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt at contact@eximkart.com with photographic evidence of the damage. We will review your case and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order may have already been processed for shipment.
